1. Services

BIOCHEM Diagnostic Center provides pathology and diagnostic testing services. We offer home sample collection and online report delivery for your convenience. While we strive for accuracy, diagnostic tests are subject to biological variability and technical limitations. Our reports should be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person.
  • Pricing: Prices for tests and packages are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of booking will be charged.
  • Payment: We accept various payment modes including cash, UPI, and cards. Payment must be made at the time of booking or sample collection.

3. Home Collection

Home sample collection is subject to the availability of our phlebotomists. We endeavor to reach you at the scheduled time, but unforeseen delays due to traffic or other factors may occur. We appreciate your patience in such instances.

4. Reports

Reports will be delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp as per your preference. Hard copies can be collected from our center. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the test complexity.

5. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal and medical information is stored securely and is only shared with authorized personnel involved in processing your tests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

BIOCHEM Diagnostic Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the test performed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
