Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
At BIOCHEM Diagnostic Center, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking for diagnostic tests or packages subject to the following conditions:
- Before Sample Collection: If you cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled sample collection time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After Sample Collection: Once the sample has been collected by our phlebotomist, cancellations are not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation by User: Eligible cancellations (as per section 1) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cancellation by BIOCHEM: If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff unavailability, technical issues), a full refund will be issued immediately.
- Double Payment: In case of accidental double payment for the same order, one transaction amount will be fully refunded upon verification.
3. Report Issues
We strive for 100% accuracy in our reports. However, if you believe there is a significant error in your test report:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the report.
- We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, offer a re-test at no additional cost.
- Refunds for completed tests are generally not provided unless there is a proven technical error on our part.
